What About Sleep!

We hear about eating healthy and being active…what about the importance of sleep?… Rejuvitrition is here to help! I struggled with this for many years and I have personally tried ALL of these useful tips, AND THEY WORK!

If you live until the age of 75 you will spend 9,125 days of your life sleeping, this is one third of your life! Obviously this is important. 50-70 million Americans suffer from sleep disorders and 9 million are taking prescription sleep aides.
