Four things that might be causing you to have poor sleep:
- Diet
- Do you have food sensitivities; Are you consuming too much sugar

- Limit alcohol consumption
- No caffeine after noon
- Keep sleep times the same

- Black out the curtains
- Get a battery operated clock
- Keep the room temperature at 60 to 65 degrees
- Try to get 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night

- Exercise, do yoga, walk, play
