Cheryl grew up in Albuquerque, NM, attended The University of New Mexico and moved to San Diego in the early 1980’s. There she married her scuba diving instructor who had recently finished his service in the Navy. They have a son and daughter along with four grandchildren and a 90 pound German Shepherd. Most recently they added an Airstream to their family. Cheryl is an active traveler, hiker, skier, cyclist and chef.

Cheryl didn’t always have good health. In her early 30’s she struggled with chronic migraines, sinusitis, digestive issues, and ultimately the removal of her gallbladder. After much study in nutrition and wellness, Cheryl decided to put her experience and knowledge to work to create and operate Rejuvitrition®.
