Vitamin C – I use a Liposomal version C and take 1000 IU’s daily.

Vitamin D3 – Especially if your deficient in this, Vitamin D3 will help immensely. Get between 2000 and 5000 IU’s depending on your D3 level. A simple blood test can reveal if you are deficient. I take 2000 IU’s during flu season.

Zinc – Take at the onset of a cold. Zinc lozenges are easy to find and a good source. Nature’s Way is a good brand of Zinc lozenges.

In addition, I recommend a good B-complex along with a green super food powder or supplement.
